Energy Saver
Intelligently detects when a guest is in the room and automatically disables high-consumption appliances like air conditioning or heating when the room is empty. With a variety of finishes and advanced features, it’s built to meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and design.

Energy Saver Types
Intelligent Energy Saver: Operates only with cards encoded by the hotel. It also recognizes the room number (residential mode) and the type of card (guest or staff master key).
Simple Energy Saver: The most basic energy saver device. It can be activated with any card.
C-Tec Energy Saver: The premium model in the range. It works exclusively with TESA encoded cards and includes an expiration feature, which can be set for a specific number of hours.
Energy Saver Without Card
This device controls and manages the room's electrical system, including lights, power outlets, air conditioning, and heating. It allows energy to be connected or disconnected without the need to insert a card.
Installed inside the room’s electrical panel, it operates using a motion sensor and a door sensor to detect both movement and door activity.
It is ideal for hotels that do not use cards to open electronic locks, such as those with keypads or smartphone-based access.
Additionally, it can support remote monitoring of room occupancy and temperature when connected to the hotel network through gateways and integrated with the iView reception software.

DUD / MUR Sensors
The DND MUR sensors are an external display system that shows the room status and the guest’s Do Not Disturb (DND) or Make Up Room (MUR) requests.
By pressing one of the two capacitive buttons inside the room, the guest activates an LED light on the outside display, using a specific color code to inform hotel staff of the request.
When combined with the wireless energy saver system, gateways, hubs, and iView reception software, the solution also allows full control of the room’s energy use.
All related information can be viewed in real time from the reception desk or remotely through a web server. The system is available in both flush and rim-mounted models.
Energy Saver Software
The monitoring software for the wireless disconnectors provides real-time information about room occupancy.
It can detect whether a guest or a member of the hotel staff is inside, if any windows or doors are open, and even the current room temperature.
All of this can be monitored from the hotel reception using gateways installed in each corridor.
The data can also be exported in real time for use with third-party presence control systems or other programs.
